Who we are:
Legacy Bay is a gated, 360 acre, premier waterfront community on Cherokee Lake located in Mooresburg Tennessee. Legacy Bay is conveniently located near Morristown and less than an hour from Knoxville. The Legacy Bay Homeowners Association is a non-profit, mutual benefit corporation chartered on 12 July 2000.

Homeowners Dues:
Annual dues are currently $472.50. Bills are sent to all lot owners in December or January and payment is due no later than 11 February. Late payments are assessed a 10% late charge.
