Lot Maintenance Standard
1. Legacy Bay Homeowners Association will be reponsible for mowing all common areas, including the gate area, clubhouse, and marina. The Association will also mow and trim 12 feet from the curb on each unimproved lot.
2. All property owners are responsible for mowing their individual properties. The unimproved lots will be mowed a minimum of once per month. If the grass is 12 inches or higher on the first day of each month, the mowing service under contract for the common area will mow the lot. The Homeowners Association will bill the lot owner.
3. The cost for mowing individual will be determined as agreed upon by the Association and the contracted mower.
4. Failure to pay for this service will result in the Association engaging in all legal avenues to collect the fees.
